She worked 16 years in a Multinational company in which she grew professionally in an international context, until she achieved the position of Finance and HR Manager.
Since 2010 she has been working as a Headhunter and Business Developer and in 2011 became a certified Executive Coach with experience in Business and Life coaching.
In 2016 she founded GEA Connections by directing her energy and her passion to create a large local and international network to respond to customers’ needs with flexibility.
She worked with customers of different sizes and sectors such as CNH, Kraft (Mondelez), Danfoss, CMI, Ensinger, Novenco, Eaton, AVL, Self, Nord Fluid, Sermeca, Rama Motori, Landi Renzo, handling them with the same care and adapting processes to individual needs.
